Top ten things to do in New York tonight

Quite honestly, there's a staggering number of very good live music options happening in the city tonight. Here are ten things that involve music that you might want to consider doing (in no particular order, other than the numbers here - but they don't really mean that much):

10. see Girls Against Boys @ Bowery Ballroom
9. go see one of EF's favorite NYC bands Cheyenne (and others) @ Cake Shop
8. catch Neko Case @ Central Park SummerStage
7. see Cursive and the always excellent Daylight's For The Birds @ Maxwell's
6. go see Bishop Allen for free @ South Street Seaport
5. check out Locksley @ The Annex
4. shoegaze along with The Sky Drops and others @ Union Hall
3. fall head over heels in love with the music of Bell (and many others) @ Rockwood Music Hall
2. get yer Hot Rocks off with Frauke, Americans UK, The Art Of Shooting, and Gold Streets @ The Delancey
1. music nerd out to Battles (and others) @ Studio B

What other options are there for tonight?
