Below you will find mix number three out of five that you can expect to see in the next few days as a result of EAR FARM's Thanksgiving Mix Contest. The theme for this mix was decided upon by Matt (not me). As he put it: "as a sax player, I'd love to hear your favorite tracks that feature sax and/or horns". Perfect. But, as a one-time saxophone player myself, I was inclined to limit the below mix to songs where the sax really stands out. Not horns, SAX. Enjoy.

great stuff, Night Train is an exceptional choice! It's a shame the synthesiser hijacked sax tracks in the 80s. Love and Pride would be awesome with genuine sax!

Adammm - don't get me wrong, it's one of the first tracks that came to mind and is one of my all-time favorite songs ever. however, since "Careless Whisper" tends to show up on every third mix i make, i left it off this one.
Payback - amen times two. also, double big ups to the song "Night Train" for James giving a shout out to my hometown.

I'd vote for some Roxy Music, maybe "If There is Something," or even James Chance. But I like me some chilly art sax.
