2007 Siren Festival schedule announced

The 2007 Siren Festival set times/official schedule has been announced. While it's certainly not the most outstanding lineup that's been featured at Siren, it's not as bad as when it was first announced.

Here's what I'm thinking: White Rabbits then Dr. Dog then seek out some food and very large beers and then Matt and Kim, M.I.A., and then home. Actually, I'm thinking of not going at all this year. But if I do, that'll be my plan. You?

1) stop being a jerk and go to siren fest.
2) I don't know White Rabbits, but I know the song "White Rabbit," and that's enough that if I get there early I'll go see them (but I might not get there early)
3) I hear good things about Dr. Dog, so if I'm early enough to see him, I might see him.
4) I think the Detroit Cobras would be good live.
5) After that I'm not interested in seeing anyone but M.I.A. and Cursive.
6) All things considered, last year I snuck backstage, drank free booze, smoked some fun things, wandered around Coney Island and only "saw" Stars, so who knows what'll happen this year.

it's still awesome considering it's free and a good excuse to go out to coney island, but there's not too many bands I care about this year. it'll probably be decided by the weather.

If you go to one enormous clusterfuck of elbows in your ribs and twenty people per square inch this year, make this that clusterfuck.
