O'Death took the stage directly after the Black Hollies this past Friday night (for the Ernest Jenning SXSW showcase) and tore the roof off of Friends bar with their trademark down and dirty bluegrass-punk. The bar was extremely crowded as the raucous music continually drew SXSW goers into the venue, each new person seemingly more satisfied than the last. Smiles, "wows", and clapping/dancing was in the air. New York City is lucky to call these guys our own.
